HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WAX MY VEHICLE?

Generally speaking, every 3-4 months is appropriate to keep your vehicle in top shape and avoid any oxidation.

WHAT KIND OF WAX DO YOU USE?

We use a Polyseal Teflon based wax, and as with all of our chemicals, we use only the highest grade products. All of our chemicals are also environmentally safe..

HOW LONG DOES EACH SERVICE TAKE?

Typically, a Standard Wash takes about a half hour, a Standard Detail takes about 1 hour, a Compound with Wax takes approximately 2 ½ hours, and our Complete Works package takes about 2 hours. However, it is important to note that these time frames are based on standard size vehicles and are just an approximation. Larger vehicles will take a little longer. Many other factors will impact the time. For example: the condition of the vehicle, time of day the work is done, if the vehicle needs to be moved, and the actual Detailer doing the work.

HOW DO I GET AN ODOR (SMOKE/MOLD/SPILLAGE) OUT OF MY VEHCILE?

Typically, shampooing the carpets and or upholstery helps. However, we offer an odor eliminator service which is not a spray as many detailers use, instead, it is an air purification machine that is one of the best products on the market today and has almost a 100% success rate. For additional information about this service and the process, please contact us.

HOW DO I GET THE BUGS OFF MY VEHICLE IF A WASH DOESN’T TAKE IT OFF?

Depending on the condition of the vehicle and how large of an area is effected, either compounding or wet sanding the specific area would be recommended.

MY VEHICLE LOOKS VERY DULL & OXIDIZED. IS THERE ANY THING YOU CAN DO TO RESTORE THE ORIGINAL LOOK WITHOUT GETTING A PAINT JOB?

Our Compound Detail package is the perfect solution for this.

HOW DO I GET THE HARD SPRINKLER WATER STAINS OFF OF MY VEHICLE IF A WASH DOESN’T TAKE IT OFF?

This depends how long they have been on the vehicle. If it has been a very short time (perhaps a few days), a Chemical Wash first may do the trick. However, if the water stains have been on the vehicle for a long period of time, a Compounding and then Wax may be needed.
